Here's the Milwaukee info! Greater Milwaukee Recumbent Bike Club Ride Schedule Welcome to the 2004 GMRBC ride schedule. This schedule is subject to change (bridges out road closes etc.) so please pay attention to e-mails before each ride. May 15th 10:00 am Wheel and Sprocket Hales Corners to Hansen park via the Oak Leaf Trail. This will be an easy ride of appox. 25 miles. June 12th 9:30 am E.B. Shurts Environmental Learning Center (also known as Fox River Sanctuary) to Dousman via the Glacial Drumlin State Trail. This is a beautiful ride of 25 miles on a level black top trail. A permit is required and may be obtained on the trail. $3.00 per day or $10.00 per year. July 12th 9:30 am. Logemann Community Center 61st street and Mequon road. to Port Washington via Ozaukee County Interurban Trail. This is a little more challenging ride of 33 miles with a terrific deli in Port. Aug 14th 9:30.This will be a new ride for us in Delafield starting at the new Wheel and Sprocket. We have to work out the details for this one so stay tuned. Sept 11th 10:00 am. Virmond Park in Mequon to Port Washington this is a great ride of 30 miles and the views of Lake Michigan are a plus. We will be visiting the same deli in Port. October 2sd 9:00 am Starting at Wheel and Sprocket Hales Corners going south via the Oak leaf trail to Oakwood road and then heading west to Crowbar road. This is a 30 mile ride through Waukesha County. All rides are self-supported so there is no sag wagon. All rides have food stops except the Oct 2sd I am trying to work that out now.
